I am Daniel Santiago Alvarado Baez, a final-year student in Animal Science and passionate about the animal world and sustainable production. Throughout my education, I have combined theory and practice knowledge, working with various species such as dairy cows, pigs, sheep, and poultry. My experience in cattle management was strengthened at the Agricultural Center Marengo (CAM), where I completed my university rotations and actively participated in the farm's daily tasks. I am an adaptable, curious person with a strong desire to learn. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Throughout my career, I have developed key skills such as effective communication, animal handling, and problem-solving in the field. In addition, I have a intermédiate-high level of English, which allows me to confidently perform in international environments. This is especially important to me as I am motivated to learn more about systems like the dairy production model in New Zealand and apply them in my professional future. I am an active person who enjoys cycling and swimming, which reflects my energy and discipline.
